The Confusion between "Your Honor" and "Your Majesty"

How would most people briefly describe the United States of America, as a republic, a democracy, as a free nation where the people decide how they are governed and what laws they are to live by?
I disagree with all of the above. We are no longer a free nation ruled by the will of the people. We live under a judicial monarchy where rogue activist judges legislate from the bench and tell us how we are to live and determine on their own what laws and statutes we are to adhere to.
The latest example of this trampling of our governing system and of our rights as voting United States Citizens is the ridiculous 4 - 3 decision recently handed down by the California State Supreme Court Majesties... or um... Justices, to legalize same sex marriages. Although 61.4% of the voters of California voted for proposition 22, which clearly defined marriage as between one man and one woman, these lawless out of control judges have forced their views on the entire population of the state of California.
This once great country is being overrun by judges who apparently see themselves as kings and queens who must determine what is right and what is best for us... the ignorant, uneducated and unintelligent majority who simply don't know better.
Is anyone else out there incensed over this blatant arrogance and dismissal of our freedoms?
To all of the activist judges out there imposing their views on "we the people" I would like to say this "I'm sorry for the confusion, but it's 'your honor' not 'your majesty.'"
