NY Weaponizes Fraud Law To Censor Abortion Pill Reversal

Liberty Counsel filed an amicus brief to the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals in National Institute of Family and Life Advocates v. James, a case where New York Attorney General Letitia James is attempting to silence pro-life pregnancy centers from advertising progesterone therapy as a means to reverse the abortion drug Mifepristone, a treatment known as “abortion pill reversal” (APR).
