Appeals Court Upholds Idaho Law Protecting Single-Sex Spaces

Last week, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously upheld Idaho’s 2023 law that protects the privacy and safety of the state’s K-12 students by requiring single-sex facilities in public schools for males and females.
